BOLEH PROJECT: ASSISTANT SHIPWRIGHT VACANCY

The Boleh Trust, Registered Charity No 1135117, seeks an experienced and qualified Shipwright to help restore National Historic Ship No 2281 - the Junk Yacht "BOLEH" - in Southsea, Hampshire. Traditional heritage skills are needed to undertake this Heritage Lottery funded restoration and supervise apprentices under training. Evidence of past involvement in the successful completion of a heritage project highly desirable. This is an exciting opportunity for a go-ahead individual to work with a small energetic team conserving a part of our national maritime heritage. Flexible working arrangements possible.

BOLEH PROJECT: HERITAGE PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

The Boleh Trust, registered charity 1135117, seeks an experienced and capable part time Project Co-ordinator to help oversee the restoration of National Historic Ship UK No 2281 – the Junk Yacht “BOLEH” - in Southsea, Hampshire. Role is to co-ordinate the activities of shipwrights and apprentices restoring vessel with a comprehensive programme of public engagement. Evidence of successful project management essential, preferably involving a heritage project. Hugely exciting opportunity for go ahead individual to work with small energetic team conserving and maintaining a part of our national maritime heritage. Flexible working arrangements possible.
