Shipshape Mersey acts as a focal point bringing together vessels, organisations, skills and facilities in Liverpool, The Wirral, Merseyside, Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.  These include the Heritage Boatyard at the National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port, West Cheshire College and a range of vessels on the National Register of Historic Vessels.
