Tickets for the 'Heritage Volunteering Group Conference: Leading at all Levels' are now available.
The event on 10th May 2019 will bring together volunteer managers and leaders from across the sector to investigate the issues affecting volunteering today, with a particular focus on the role of leadership in managing volunteers.
There will be speakers and workshops from The National Trust, Science Museum Group, Canal & River Trust and the Museum Association.
The event will also host the Heritage Volunteering Group's Volunteer Manager of the Year awards. There will be a pre-conference evening social in York on 9th May and attendees will be given the chance, after the conference, to enjoy a private tour of the Railway Museum, delivered by one of their volunteers.
Early bird tickets £65 (until 25 March) and standard tickets £75 available here.
There are a limited number of discounted tickets available for volunteers, for whom the conference fees might prove a barrier to attendance. For more information, click here.
