Experience the Maid of the Loch in Full Steam as part of Scotland's Go Industrial Festival!
Next Saturday 19th September the Maid of the Loch will be bringing her engines back to life.
Imagine the noise of the steam, the smell of the oil, the splash of the paddles and the sight of engineers making the engine come alive. It’s an experience not to be missed!
They’ll also have loads of activities for kids in the Queens’ Lounge and around the ship and you’ll be able to grab some lunch or coffee with while admiring the views of Loch Lomond. A great day out!
Bring the family!
For the first time we will broadcast our engines live, and you will be able to interact with the footage in 4k, 360 degrees. This will be part of a special presentation with our partners at Industrial Museums Scotland #goindustrial.
Come along and immerse yourself in the preservation of the UK’s last built paddle steamer. Tickets £5, kids under 16 go free, from 11am to 5pm.
This event is also part of their 25th anniversary year celebrations
