The Waterway Images photographic library is one of the biggest of its type in the world, and contains many pictures of traditional waterway craft - both historic and recent - and also some other types of vessels. As photographers, we work for many national companies, navigation and other authorities and private companies in still and video images. We specialise in the recording of historic craft and our work has been praised by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Harry Arnold is personally involved in the restoration and preservation of such craft and has had some years of experience in the boatbuilding industry. He is one of the founders of the National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port, and among his voluntary trusteeships is president of the Shropshire Union Fly-boat Restoration Society. Waterway Images also offer editorial, design, marketing, consultancy and publicity services and the full, or part, production of promotional and advertising material.
