The Mary Rose Trust in Portsmouth are recruiting several Front of House Team Members in casual posts for the Museum and Visitor Centre, on fixed term contracts from May 2021 through to October 2021. 

Front of House Team: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing the very highest levels of customer service, achieving sales and who enjoy being part of a busy dynamic team with varying tasks.  As a confident communicator you will be comfortable engaging with visitors to consistently exceed their expectations whilst ensuring that commercial targets are achieved.

Our Front of House Team Members work at both the Mary Rose Museum and the main visitor centre for Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. In the museum you will work in the galleries where you will spend time engaging with our visitors and sharing the stories behind the Mary Rose, on the reception desk greeting visitors as they arrive at the museum, and in the shop selling our guidebooks and other items. In the visitor centre you will spend time greeting visitors at the start of their visit creating a great first impression, working on the tills selling tickets and promoting the Mary Rose and other attractions at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, as well as carry out security checks when needed.
