History

Built in 1938 by Macduff Engineering, ESTHER COLLEEN is a fishing trawler which was registered as PZ232. Her hull is carvel, built of larch on oak. In 1993, she collided with a naval frigate and was substantially rebuilt with a new redwood deck. In 1999, her owner reported that for the previous 15 years she had worked out of Brixham. She is a classic example of a Scottish MFV.
