Before completing this form to register your vessel with the National Register of Historic Vessels please check to make sure you meet our current criteria.

This form should also be used if you want to be considered for inclusion on the UK Replica List.

If your vessel is already registered and you wish to update us, you can change your existing details here.

Once the form has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided showing the information you provided to us.

Please provide as much information as possible, as only those with sufficient content will be reviewed. Those with sparse details will remain un-registered until more information is supplied.
