Complete this form to register your vessel with the National Register of Historic Vessels.


All images supplied must be your copyright, i.e. taken by you.  If you wish to submit a photo taken by someone else we will need written permission from them. We cannot accept historic images unless the copyright holder can be established and permission agreed. 
 

OR to send us information about a vessel to be considered for inclusion on the UK Replica List.
 

If your vessel is already registered and you wish to update us, you can change your existing details.

Please note that any data supplied within this form may be held by NHS-UK in perpetuity for archival purposes.
