WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Taught by rigger, knot tyer and rope maker Sue Pennison, you’ll learn how to sew a sturdy canvas ditty bag, the traditional tool bag of the sailor, get hands on experience of cord making and tie a decorative bag lanyard in traditional style.
You will also have an opportunity to hand sew a grommet, however, depending on individual ability, there may not be time to hand sew the six grommets on each bag.
