Steamship Shieldhall is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to help secure the Delivery Phase National Lottery Heritage Fund (Heritage Fund) application for the Steamship Shieldhall: towards 2055, the next 10 years project.
The attached brief sets out the requirements for the commissioning of Project Management Services. The charity is wholly run and led by volunteers and the consultant will be expected to work closely with the client project team which includes highly experienced and knowledgeable technical leads for the various capital work packages. It is anticipated that the Project Manager will attend site on a regular basis, in order to support the Development Phase, secure the Heritage Fund Delivery Phase grant, and manage the Delivery Phase of the project. The appointment is intended to cover both the Development and Delivery Phases of the project but will include a break-clause between the two phases. The Delivery Phase contract is contingent on a successful Delivery Phase application to the Heritage Fund and satisfactory performance review.
