Yacht Finisher Wanted – Traditional Boat Building & Restoration

Stirling & Son are looking for a skilled Yacht Finisher to join our team in Plymouth, working on traditional wooden boats.

The role involves preparing and finishing timber and metal surfaces as part of boat building and restoration projects on classic vessels.

Applicants must be able to:

Prepare timber and metal surfaces to a high standard

Spray single pack and two pack finishes

Brush and tip single pack and two pack finishes

We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes, works carefully and efficiently, and is happy to help with other boatyard tasks when required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
