The former Trinity House lightship Light Vessel 55 'John Sebastian' will be open to the public over the weekend of 14th-15th June 2025, raising funds for the conservation of this significant maritime heritage asset.
LV55 is now the permanent home to Cabot Cruising Club, who salvaged LV55 in 1955 and transformed her into their atmospheric Clubhouse.
Our volunteers are pleased to welcome you to celebrate the 140th anniversary of this national historic ship, and 70 years as our Club Ship. Join us from 12:00 onwards for a weekend full of music, food, refreshments, games, fun and joy.
