The Richmond Dry Dock is currently disused and in a semi-derelict state. It is a Grade II* listed structure, 330 feet long by 36 feet wide. A local history group are campaigning for its refurbishment, and hope that it will be brought back to use for repairs and maintenance work. The success of this venture will depend partly on the need for such a facility, so this listing is to bring your attention to this important structure. We hope that it may be available for use in the not-too-distant future. Please refer to the website for more up to date information.
