History
Built in 1949 by J N Miller, St Monans, Fife, JOHAN is a fishing vessel of wooden carvel construction with an inboard diesel engine by Foden model FD6. She was used for ring netting from Kyle, then for creeling from Ullapool and latterly was used to service Klondykers at Ullapool. She was bought by her present owner in 1987 and was for a time in use as a houseboat in Brighton.
She has been based at at Kyleakin, Isle of Skye, since at least 2015.
