History

FEARNOUGHT was built in 1966 for J.P.Knights as a Tosher Tug. for use as a stores barge tug servicing the tankers berthed at the Isle of Grain refinery. She then moved to the Thames and worked for Allan Jubb Towage moving cargo barges in the docks. She then saw service with Bennett Towage before returning to the Medway. She was transferred to the S.E. Tug Society in 2003.
