Provision of the following services: - wooden boat maintenance - repair - restoration - oar and spar making - and the building of new wooden boats using traditional boat building methods. The business is able to provide a travelling workshop facility enabling me to come to your boat and work onsite. Although the office address is listed under the Thames Estuary region I do travel and am able to provide onsite services in most regions of the UK.
Entrance to Cowes Maritime Museum is free of charge. From ship building to sailing Cowes Maritime Museum introduces the town’s important history. On display are model boats, photographs and artefacts. Cowes Maritime Museum also has a large archive of photographs and plans. The archive is held off site and is available to researchers by appointment. The museum has a small exhibition area that currently displays model boats from the Maritime Collection. Entrance to Cowes Maritime Museum is free of charge.
