MFV140 JOSEPH was built as an Admiralty Motor Fishing Vessel in 1946 by Kris Cruisers Limited of Isleworth. She was originally with the Royal Navy Port Auxiliary Service in the Clyde and Western Isles area. In 1981 or 1982 she was allocated to the London Division of the Royal Naval Reserve. After decommissioning in 1988 she passed into private ownership and was bought by her present owners in 2013 and is currently undergoing renovation in Bristol Floating Harbour.
