The Unicorn Preservation Society
The Unicorn Preservation Society was formed in 1968 and is charged with the conservation and preservation of HMS Unicorn as a Museum and Heritage Asset. The Society is a registered charity in Scotland, registration number SC002771 and is constituted as a Company Limited by Guarantee, registration number SC046145. We have ambitious plans to secure HMS Unicorn's future by dry-docking her close to her current location. The Unicorn Preservation Society operates and maintains HMS Unicorn as a museum and visitor attraction in Dundee.

Some understanding of traditional wooden vessel maintenance, sailing, building and surveying. We will be building traditional clinker sailing boats in Milne Bay Province in association with our Christian Mission on Normanby Island.

Largs Chandlers
We opened Largs Chandlers in 1985 in a portable cabin and have grown to be one of the largest chandlery shops in the UK. We have a reputation for our comprehensive stock of marine equipment, charts and books, enhanced by good technical knowledge. We offer a special order service for non-stock items and enjoy the challenge of sourcing obscure boat hardware! Our ranges of clothing and accessories include well-known brands of waterproofs, technical clothing, nautically themed casual wear, footwear, luggage and accessories.
Isle Ewe Boats
Isle Ewe Boats is a boat yard located on Loch Ewe in the Highlands. We are a team of 3-5 boatbuilders/shipwrights who are passionate about working on traditional restorations, newbuilds, replicas and general boat maintenance. The yard has a 50 ton railway slipway with cover for boats up to 60ft. A 15 ton boat trailer and a sawmill with a stock of Scottish timber.
